Dighton Housing Authority

It is the mission of the Dighton Housing Authority to provide safe, sanitary and affordable housing to both the elderly and non-elderly disabled.  We have priorities and preference ratings: they being Emergency Veteran Dighton Resident, Emergency Veteran Non-Resident, Emergency Dighton Resident, Emergency Non-Resident, Veteran Dighton Resident, Veteran Non-Resident, Dighton Resident, and lastly Non-Resident.     Rent is based on income and is charged at 30% of net income.
